I accept returns and exchanges:
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order within 14 days of delivery.  Please ship returned items back (with insurance) within: 30 days of delivery.   It is always advisable to examine the item immediately upon receipt to identify potential shipping caused damage.  We always ship Crystal’s art with insurance to cover it’s value – so if it damaged during shipping the carrier can be held responsible.
Custom Order cancellations:
If you have placed an order for customized artwork, our policy is to charge for the amount of work completed on the project. If the work can be sold to another individual, the cost will be reduced to reflect the value to another purchaser.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, (unless due to a shipping issue) the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Please use shipping insurance to cover any potential loss.
